At Soul Dogs Resources, we focus on dogs that need a little more understanding — dogs who may be overlooked due to reactivity, fear, anxiety, or lack of early structure. Our foster homes are essential in helping these dogs decompress, learn, and trust again.

We also have emergency placement for families experiencing homelessness, emergencies, domestic violence and more. Fostering a dog could mean saving a human.

Meet-N-Greet

We do a virtual meet-n-greet to get to know you, and your life style. This helps us determine what type of pet would fit best into you every day life. This also allows us to answer any questions you may have about the process.

We want to meet everyone in the household during this too!

Home Check

Soul Dogs does a comprehensive in-home check. This ensures we can maintain the safety and cleanliness standard for our pets. This also addresses any potential openings in fences for escape artists and more.

This helps us determine what supplies you will also need!

Match & Welcome

After we have dogs surrendered to us we will determine their temperament and behavior history. We check them up and ensure they are healthy and stable to go into a home. When we determine your correct match we bring you your soul dog to love and care for until we find a permanet placement.
